I asked myself and found the answer in Rilke’s book.
“Ask yourself […], Do I have to write? And if you can meet this solemn question with a strong and simple “I must“, then build your life around that necessity. “
What this is about
The intention for this lecture is to revisit a wonderful work of Rilke, whose ideas on creativity and solitude are not only extremely relevant these days, but resonate with the process of deep healing, which I think is an interesting and unique take on it, that helps you to appreciate Rilke’s from another angle and get inspired.
The format of the event is simple: lecture with petite creative exercises proposed by Rilke himself, followed by discussion.
Duration: 2 hours
About Daria
I’m a working actress, writer, poet, and art events creator. I’ve been working in creative field my entire life and I’m always searching for new ways to increase my creativity, get more inspiration, and involve others in this artistic sprawl. I think my mission is to start a second Renaissance: bringing traditions from the classical world and organically infusing them in new media and current art forms. Thus, rediscovering Rilke is part of the bigger plan.
